What a wonderful afternoon we had celebrating Surj’s retirement alongside current and former members of the Gill Opticians family. ❤️

After 36 years of dedication, care, and commitment to our patients, it’s time for Surj to begin a well-earned retirement. While we’re incredibly happy for him, there’s no doubt he’ll be greatly missed by both our team and the thousands of patients whose lives he’s helped over the years.

Thank you, Surj, for everything you’ve done for Gill Opticians. We wish you many years of happiness, relaxation, and new adventures ahead. 🍾🥂

As one chapter closes, another continues. We would like to reassure all of our patients that they will continue to receive the same high standard of eye care from our fantastic optometrists Gordon, Aqeel and H.

Between them, they have an incredible 92 years of optical experience and are committed to providing the expert care, friendly service and professional advice that Gill Opticians is known for.

Our Designer Frame Event starts at 9am on Friday 31st July and runs till Saturday 1st August at 4pm.

If you are looking for a new pair of glasses then why not call in and enjoy a glass of bubbly or a brew and browse our fantastic ranges including Gucci, Silhouette, Ray Ban, Ray Ban Meta, David Beckham, Victoria Beckham, Jimmy Choo, Oakley and many more!

You can spread the cost over 10 months too! (example - glasses cost £250, £100 deposit then 10 monthly payments of £15) And we have a glazing lab on site so you can often collect on the same day!
