Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation often called "yogic sleep." As you rest comfortably, you'll be led through simple techniques that calm the nervous system, release physical and mental tension, and bring you into a deeply restorative state between wakefulness and sleep. No movement or experience is needed. Just lie back, relax, and allow yourself to rest.

💤 Yin Yoga is a heavy, floor based practice that is done in a warm room (not hot) with blankets, bolsters, bricks and any other prop you can think of to help your body feel held and safe enough to relax enough to benefit from the practice. 💤
