Bethan and her husband Alex competed in their first Hyrox competition last week, a gruelling event with 8km's of running and a strength challenge every 1km. It was a great experience and they thoroughly 'enjoyed it'. We now have all the equipment at Cottesloe Physio if anyone wants to join us to do some training for the next one! 🏃🏻‍♂️
