So 2026 looks slightly different me, work wise. I made the decision in October to leave Woodside Clinic and reduce my hours. I love love love my job but it takes its toll physically and I'm currently dealing with a frozen shoulder and some nasty PMDD, which means for 10 days of the month, I am pretty useless but managing to function in a less busy way. I am pleased to say I have increased my hours at Aylesbury Vale Chiropractic, in the media village Liscombe park. You can use the link in my bio to book. I am, as always so thankful for you for putting your trust in me, and I look forward to seeing you and you seeing a better version of me in 2026.

Holiday time again. The juggle of work and childcare is so tough and so many of my plates get dropped! I constantly dream I am late or got the wrong day, I'm just hoping that wont happen in real life! But if I do turn up at your home unexpectedly, just send me on my way!! Remember to try and take a breath and maybe fit in that hour for you.💁🏽‍♀️

PET APPRECIATION POST. These are my two crazies!! Sadly we lost a kitty very close to us this week and we are all heartbroken. Pets aren't here long enough but they offer such unconditional love, unwavering joy and sometimes just a touch of sass!! I love meeting all your pets! Most of whom I like more than you!! There are the jumpers, the barkers, the chatty ones, the ones that settle on you while you're being massaged. They are all part of our family and I love getting to know them all!!
