Thank you so much Simon Simon Fahey for getting me started and highlighting Katie Bray Yoga 💕 at Frimley Lodge Park this Thursday night 🧡
After finishing 4 year's of teaching NHS yoga in Bristol and Weston, I taught a little yoga class in Bath, our last weekend there with Lynne Sheene and Peter Stuart Sheene before moving to Surrey 🧡
After 10 years of continuous teaching of yoga, I've taken a 3 month break and had plenty of self practice at home and at Ebb and Flow in Farnham 🧡
But, I'm back this week, and cannot to teach my first yoga class, with Simon Fahey giving me the space to teach 🧡🧡

Back on the wards & back into the speciality of diabetes 💙
It's been 3 months since I left my well-being job in Bristol & home in Bath. I've settled into Surrey & living with Marcus, and settled into my new job 💙
No teaching yoga place yet, but plenty of yoga self practice at a beautiful studio in Farnham and we'll see where my yoga journey takes me next 😊

Part 3 Teaching yoga at University Hospitals Bristol & Weston (UHBW)💕 Spring/Summer 2023
We moved to a new location in the Education Centre at Bristol, so more students could practice yoga 🧡
I moved from Clifton in Bristol, to Bath 🧡 Loved Clifton, but Bath was also amazing!
Started more commuting on the trains & was living, working and teaching NHS yoga between 2 very vibrant locations of Bristol & Weston Super Mare 💕
Teaching yoga was everything i ever expected and more, and this was my second year teaching yoga for UHBW 🧡

Still upstairs at the Education Centre at Bristol Royal Infirmary, with a student capacity of 22 students, still growing a yoga community at UHBW and still teaching yoga to the most amazing NHS colleagues 💕

Workplace yoga tonight at Bristol Royal Infirmary (BRI), quieter than usual because of half term, but, it so nice to teach yoga and for colleagues to practice yoga at work 🧡
