I attended a great event last night held to highlight Men’s Mental Health .
The speakers spoke passionately about their experiences and their work to help improve men’s mental health and to remove the stigma for men about talking to others about what is going on for them in their lives .

So let’s get the ball rolling by asking the men in our lives if they are ok , really ask them , let them know you are prepared to listen to them , let them know

For too long men have been told to ‘man up’ and ‘just get in with it ‘ it’s time for change , and between us we can make change happen .

Our Associate Person-centred Counsellor Helen Horton is expanding her practice at The Body Clinic in Leominster.

From next week you will be able to book in to see her on Thursday mornings, with appointment times to include 9am, 10.15am and 11.30am.

The dark rainy days we have had this week do not feel very Spring like !

But look closely and you will see clumps of Snowdrops in gardens and on grass verges , Daffodils are shooting up, the birds are singing more loudly and it’s getting dark later .
