I am a fully qualified sports massage therapist working in Shetland. Although I am a sports massage therapist, this does not solely confine me to work with sports individuals. I focus on releasing tension in deep tissues, injury prevention, recovery and rehabilitation. For athletes, I help to rehab you back into sport, maintenance of muscle flexibility and pre and post event massage for both teams and individuals competing in events or matches. For general people, I can help with any aches and pains, reoccurring injuries or if you’re just wanting time to relax and get rid of some knots. I am currently working at Venture Chiropractic so the majority of my appointments will take place there. I do have mobile facilities so please PM me if you can not travel to the clinic. 💕 A little reminder about my cancellation and no-show policy 💕

As many of you know, I work around my appointments while also caring for my little one, so my time is very limited and every appointment slot is important.

To ensure fairness and to protect my business, the following policy is in place:

✨ Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

✨ No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

It’s not something I like to enforce but last-minute cancellations and missed appointments are often impossible to fill, which impacts both my income and other clients who may have wanted that slot.

Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and respect for my time. I truly appreciate each and every one of you. ❤️
