Leon does so much right. You never fail to find a genuinely wholesome, wholegrain, healthy meal at excellent value.
Yesterday I paid just over £4 for a truly filling pot of a golden yolked egg with salmon and avocado, including a large cappuccino, and no stuffy buns.
Wouldn't it be good to have this in Shetland, and more London boroughs, with locally sourced raw ingredients, always?

For some years, I have gone out to garden, made a couple of feeble attempts, felt overwhelmed (it is big and jungle-like), and come straight back in.

What a treasure there is in Adrien, also completely organic, yet packed with knowledge and valuable recommendations. He has an 'eye' too, works fast and efficiently, and loves what he does.

His ethos is admirable, he wants to get people out in nature and participating, to feel a sense of achievement. He is above all mindful of good mental and emotional well-being and joy. Here is someone who pursues his passion in the right places. His enthusiasm is infectious.

I think he is taking bookings now. If you were to have seen a before-and-after video or picture of my garden, you would be amazed. And that's it, not even finished yet.

Waste disposal on the news recently, that looks to me like a pure wool oriental rug, possibly worth thousands. But it's not the money, it's the ethos that we can mindlessly dump anything and someone else (usually very low-paid) has to deal with our 'garbage'.
