⭐️More fantastic feedback from an online client. I couldn’t be prouder of the daily commitment and determination this client had throughout her 6-week block. Every day she showed up for herself, pushed herself hard in every session, completed her steps and really focused on her nutrition.

As a student nurse, we wanted to create healthy and manageable habits that can be obtained when she is back on placement working multiple 12 hours shifts a week. Ensuring we prioritise daily movement, alongside good sleep and healthy food choices while allowing room for special days with loved ones and meals out. Well done on pushing yourself and achieving your goals⭐️

⭐️Lovely feedback from one of my online coaching clients! My client came to me after she was feeling slightly lost within her training after completing the Edinburgh Half Marathon. She wanted to keep her running going, while beginning to incorporate strength training which was something completely new to her. We also put a big focus on her nutrition to ensure we were fueling her body correctly for her busy lifestyle. So proud of how hard she was worked throughout these 4 weeks!⭐️

Today I got to spend the afternoon at Dunfermline F.C. helping the head physio with sports massage treatments for the team ahead of their big game tomorrow night and the Scottish Cup Final next weekend🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Another amazing opportunity and looking forward to going back in next week to help out some more!

I thought I would re-introduce myself for those who are new to following me.

My name is Erin👋 I am 21 and I love all things fitness. My love for the gym started about 4 years ago and I grew up as a gymnast competing in various competitions.

Alongside being a new PT Kult Fitness, I am also a Fitness Instructor at the 5* Fairmont St.Andrews.

As a coach I want to ensure my client’s feel confident, happy and healthy. I want my client’s to feel the best version of themselves and to be able to achieve their goals no matter how big or small! I have a genuine care for people’s physical and mental wellbeing and will ensure we create healthy habits and find a happy balance between life and fitness🥰👏

🎉Big announcement 🎉

Sooo excited to say I am now a fully qualified personal trainer!! For nearly 6 months I’ve been working on my qualification alongside finishing my final year at uni.

And I am even more excited to announce I am going to be the newest personal trainer to join the team at the amazing Kult Fitness🩷 Alongside opening up my diary for online coaching💻

This is a job sector I’ve always been so keen to join, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to begin this new journey😊
