✨Chinese Medicine Approach to Healthy Eating ✨

In Chinese Medicine, food is seen as a form of medicine — a way to nourish the body, calm the mind, and support yourself from within.

Rather than counting calories, this approach focuses on how food supports your body’s natural processes and your body’s ability to transform what you eat into vitality.

🌿 Choose warm, cooked meals over cold or raw foods to keep your digestion strong.
🌸 Eat with the seasons — warming soups and spices in winter, lighter and cooling foods in summer.
🧘‍♀️ Take time to eat mindfully, without distraction, and stop before you feel completely full.

When you don’t fill yourself up with rubbish and listen closely, your body will tell you what it needs. Nourishment comes from simplicity, awareness, and alignment with nature’s rhythms.
