I see adults (18 plus) in relation to a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, work issues, addiction, and major life events such as divorce, illness, and bereavement. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and

to make the most of their life whatever has happened in the past. I bring a wide experience of life to my counselling practice as well as a commitment to do the best work I can with my clients. I have specialist training in working with boarding school recovery.
