Men’s Yoga at Soulfit 🖤

Over the last year we’ve loved seeing men come to class curious, unsure, sometimes slightly sceptical… just knowing they probably should give yoga a try, but not quite sure why!

▪️Some come because they run, cycle, play football or cricket.
▪️Some come because their body feels stiff, stressed or tired.

What’s evolved is a really lovely group. No ego, no pressure, no need to be “good” at yoga. Just men moving, breathing, stretching and learning more about it’s many benefits together.

🧘‍♂️Tom’s classes focus on flexibility and mobility, helping you move with more ease, strength and awareness in everyday life.
His approach is always focused on how movement feels, not how it looks.

Yesterday I met someone who’s been keeping me on track for years.

I’ve learnt, like most people I’m sure, if I don’t tap into the tools that lift me, I’ll easily spiral into self destruct. So my essential daily habits are listening to positivity podcasts, journaling & moving my body in our fitness & yoga sessions.

And yesterday it was an absolute pleasure to listen to co-host of The High Performance podcast, at the Gym Owners Summit 🌟

There are so many incredible take-outs for us as a business, which we promise, you as our trusted members, will thrive from as we continue to grow and evolve everything that’s brilliant, transformative & empowering about Soulfit.

But on a personal level, it was Jake’s talk that resonated most with me.

It’s our job to lift you when you walk through our doors. To provide you with the best experience possible. And to help you create the future you want to live.

And the best way for us to do this is by following this quote from Jake’s talk, taken from his conversation with Atomic Habits author -

“Every action you take is a vote for the person you want to become.”

We do this incrementally. Through small, daily, consistent steps. It won’t happen overnight, but we guarantee the journey will be just as positive as the outcome.
