A treasured moment 💞 Head, neck and shoulder massage for a new mum whilst feeding her very beautiful baby at just 5 days old. They are doing so brilliantly ⭐️ feeding whilst sitting up in bed is a killer on the shoulders and neck. And after a long labour mum needed some TLC. Side lying feeding is the best whilst feeding in bed - if you and baby can work on this one out , it is a game changer!

Thank you for hosting me this weekend, whilst doing a baby massage class . Mortimer nannies are at so many festivals over the summer, offer little ones some time to just chill and play with toys and read some books. Away from the stimulation of the festival whilst parents get a couple of hours to be free. 🌸 Happy days 🌸

Postnatal doula days 💞They are all different with each and every family. Some days as a doula I am holding the baby, some days we are holding the mum whilst she holds her baby, learning all the new ways of her new life. Some days it’s both. Every family is unique and as a doula I am happy to go with their flow. 🥰 Supporting where needed.

As if someone switched on the light! ☀️ 💛Spring has sprung and a new class is about to start! I love spring so much, a breath of fresh air with pops of colour everywhere. The lambs will be in the fields by our house soon and all the fun can start. 💛I am very much looking forward to this new class, it is a very full class for my little pod. I love feet, especially these tiny perfect little feet. They are so perfect, it really a wonder - how strong yet delicate babies are and how amazing womans bodies are! Creating, birthing and feeding these little humans from such a tiny tender age. Touch is also a huge need at this age, it helps their nervous system to regulate and their body responds to the heart beat of your body . If a baby is cold and under regulated, if the mum and baby are skin to skin, the mothers body will naturally heat up more to help warm her baby up 💗🙌💗.
