Join us on Wednesday 30 September 2026, from 10am to 3pm, at St Mary's Community Centre, Broadfield Drive, Leyland.

Meet local groups and organisations offering advice, support and information to help you stay safe, warm and well this winter.

✅ Keeping your home warm over the winter
✅ Fire safety at home

This popular event is returning due to high demand, and we'd love to see you there. Bring along family, friends and neighbours who may benefit from the support and advice available.

Once you have submitted your request, a member of our clinical team will review it and make sure you receive the right care for your needs. This might be an appointment with a GP or another member of our team, advice, or support from another healthcare service.
