I’ve been at heaven sent 3 yrs this autumn, as a Massage Specialist I’m usually on the top floor treating our lovely clients. Deep tissue and Aromatherapy full body are my favourite treatments as I love to support you in relieving any stress and tension. I’ve been working at the salon for just over 4 years now, starting my journey as an apprentice with Heaven Scent. Over the years, I’ve grown in confidence and skill, and I’ve found that my favourite treatments are massage, spray tanning, and nails. I truly love what I do not just the treatments themselves, but also the chance to chat and make my clients feel relaxed and happy. I have been a Beauty and Skin Therapist at Heaven Sent for over 8 years. During this time, I have continued to develop my skills, achieving a Level 5 qualification in Reflexology and I’m currently doing my train to teach qualification which I’m really enjoying! I do enjoy salon treatments, I love doing lash lifts! But my main passion lies in spa and holistic therapies. I specialise in reflexology, advanced facials, and specialist massage. I love to make my clients feel relaxed, happy and giving them a positive boost when they need it. It’s so rewarding to help them feel their best.

✨MEET THE TEAM MONDAY - Sophie

I have been at the salon for over 3 years now and have just returned off maternity leave and it feels so good to be back seeing all the regular faces again and of course being back with the girls everyday. I really do love doing a mixture of all the treatments but I have to say sit me at the nail desk all day and I am in my element. The most rewarding part of this job is knowing we are making people feel better and more relaxed.

I’ve been at Heaven Sent for over 3 years and became Manager not long after I started. I love working with such an amazing team and meeting all the lovely clients who come through the door. I’m trained in most treatments, but I especially love doing nails, lashes, and brows. Seeing clients leave feeling happy and uplifted is what makes every day at the salon so rewarding.
