Give yourself a treat and join us for a very special evening of yoga and sound under the stars in the magical setting of Far Coley Farm

I’m delighted to be joining forces with Sound & Soul With ZenJen for this fabulous event on Thursday 20 August 2026.

Surrounded by rolling green fields, scenic nature ponds and the tranquility of nature, we’ll begin with a gentle outdoor yoga practice infused with qigong. If it rains, don’t worry, we can retreat inside our lovely huge tepee.

There will be a short break for you to enjoy complimentary herbal teas and snacks and to have a natter.

And then you’ll settle down inside our cozy tepee while Jen guides you through a deeply relaxing, immersive Sound Bath.

Cost is £30.
Venue: Far Coley Farm, Coley Lane, Little Haywood, Staffs ST18 0XB.

We’re back with another season of Charity Yoga at Water Orton Primary School.

Come and join us on Wednesday evenings from 29 July. There’s a different guest teacher each week. I’ll be guiding the session on Wednesday 05 August, when we’ll be infusing our yoga practice with some qigong too.

No need to book. Just bring a mat and any props you may want to use. Minimum donation of £5 but you’re welcome to pay more, with all funds going to local charities. Please note, we can only accept cash for these events 🙏

Take your practice outside and join me next Saturday, 18 July, for a morning of yoga and qigong immersed in nature.

Nestled within 60 acres of woodland and lakes at Buzzards valley, near Tamworth and Lichfield, we’ll spend the morning reminding ourselves that we are part of the natural world and not something separate from it.

We’ll begin with a short meditation practice before a playful qigong sequence. After a break for a drink and snack, we’ll round off our woodland workshop with a mindful yoga practice.

🗓️ The Journey
7:00 PM – Arrive & Unwind:

Arrive 10–15 minutes early to wander down to the tepee, take a deep breath, choose your spot, and soak in the stunning farm views.

🧘‍♀️Heart-Centered Qigong Yoga with Maria:

✨️Maria will guide us through a gentle, open-sky, heart-centered Qigong-infused yoga practice. It’s the perfect way to release tension and connect to the earth beneath you. (Don't worry—if it rains, we’ll move into the beautiful, warm tepee!)

Nourish & Connect Intermission:

✨️Take a pause to gently stretch, chat with like-minded souls, and enjoy complimentary herbal teas and delicious snacks.

Cosy Tepee Soundbath:

✨️Settle deeply into the grounding, sacred space of our cozy tepee. As you rest in awareness, you'll be enveloped in a deeply immersive, relaxing soundbath of calming healing sounds designed to soothe your entire nervous system.

Leave feeling entirely refreshed, grounded, and deeply reconnected to yourself. 🤍

In need of some time for yourself?

Immerse yourself in nature this Summer and join me for a morning of yoga and qigong in our own private woodland retreat area at Buzzard’s Valley Vineyard, Drayton Bassett, near Tamworth and Lichfield on Saturday 18 July, 9.45am to 12.30pm.

Nestled within 60 acres of woodland and lakes, this outdoor workshop begins with a meditation practice designed to cultivate a deeper appreciation for the natural world. We’ll enjoy a playful qigong practice, reminding us that we are part of the nature before taking a break for a chat over a drink and snack. And we’ll finish off with a yoga practice aimed at helping us to cultivate a greater sense of harmony in body, mind and spirit.

On 18 May we held our final Yin & Sound Bath at the gorgeous venue of The Hub at St Mary's in Lichfield.

It was also my final Yin session, as I’m reclaiming my Monday nights. A huge thank you to everyone who has joined me over the last 3 years. I’ve loved teaching in this beautiful space and getting to know you all. Thank you too to all the staff at the Hub at St Mary’s and, of course, to Jen from Serenity Sound & Soul.

But don’t panic! The Yin sessions will continue! I’ve handed over the reins to Laura Clarke, who will be starting from next Monday 01 June, in the usual weekly slot of Mondays 7pm to 8pm. Please do support her sessions 🙏
