Hi everyone my name is Siobhan, I am a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, Play Therapist & group facilitator. Known in my work as The Creative Psychotherapist. Finding a moment of calm in the middle of the chaos.

This is a gentle reminder that life is not always what we see on social media. There can be a lot going on in people's lives that you have no idea about, things that's hidden from others and stay in the background.

Our garden is just a metaphor of what is really going on beyond and alongside the beautiful flow of the river and flowers. Things take time and effort, we are just learning to navigate the movement with rest.
