We've had a busy day on world prevention su***de day. Starting our morning off with coming together as a community to share our vision of Hope and bringing awareness around the mportant mental health and wellbeing services within our local community and beyond.

Our afternoon was spent celebrating 30th anniversary, and what a privilege it was to be invited.

Thank you to Sarah and Claire for inviting us along to talk about our services and the importance of working together to make a difference.

When Anthea Smyth contacted me to ask if I would be interested in helping bring to Northern Ireland, my entire body said a HUGE YES!❤️

As someone who is trained in Dr Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing®, I’m particularly excited to see this conversation brought to the big screen in my home country.

Featuring Dr Peter Levine, Dr Richard Schwartz, Deb Dana, Dr Janina Fisher, Dr Jessica Taylor, Dr Graham Music and Mandy Saligari - this is not to be missed.

So, myself, Anthea and the amazing Victoria Nicole are joining forces to bring this powerful film screening to Belfast.

We’re so delighted that the writer, producer and director of Traumality, will be joining us on the panel.
