Seeing all the hard work, dedication and training come together on race day makes me so proud. Taking on 13.1 miles is no small achievement, and every single one of you should be incredibly proud of yourselves! 💪

🏆 MEET MEGAN — OUR COMPETITION WINNER! 🏆

At the beginning of the year, Megan won our 4-month Photoshoot Transformation competition… and honestly, she could have easily treated it as a freebie.

You know what I mean… “I’m not paying for it, so I’ll just do the bare minimum.”

But not Megan. 👏

She grabbed this opportunity with both hands and absolutely smashed it out of the park! 🚀🔥

From day one right through to the end, Megan showed up, put the work in and gave this transformation everything she had.

And the difference isn’t just physical… the difference in Megan as an athlete, a person and in her mindset has been incredible to watch.

The Megan standing here today is a completely different person to the Megan who started this journey. 💪

She’s stronger. Fitter. More confident. More disciplined. And most importantly, she now knows exactly what she is capable of when she truly commits to herself.

As her coach, I honestly couldn’t be prouder. ❤️

Coaching someone is about so much more than writing a training plan or telling them what to eat. It’s about helping someone realise their potential and Megan has done exactly that.

I can give you the tools, the guidance and the support… but YOU still have to do the work.

And Megan? She did the work. Every single step of the way. 👏🔥

On Wednesday, we rounded up the troops, swapped gym gear for something slightly more wedding-appropriate, and headed out to celebrate the boss tying the knot! 🎉

It was a lovely evening full of laughs, good food, a few questionable dance moves, and plenty of memories made along the way. ❤️

This time last year, Rachel came to me looking for a bit of guidance, wanting to build some strength and feel more confident in the gym.

Fast forward to today… and what a transformation. 💪

She’s gone from finding her feet in the gym to absolutely smashing every session, completed her first full HYROX this year, and is constantly pushing herself to become stronger, fitter, and better every single week.

The physical changes speak for themselves, but it’s the confidence, consistency, and mindset that’s been the biggest transformation of all.

Watching her grow over the past year has been unreal, and the best part is she’s only just getting started.
