If you can tick off most of this list, we should talk...
✨️ Perimenopausal
✨️ Chief of Staff at home (the one who remembers the PE kit and keeps the fridge stocked)
✨️ Living with pain - headaches, painful periods, shoulder, back or knee pain
✨️ A frazzled nervous system - anxiety, poor sleep, overwhelm, brain fog
✨️ Digestive issues
✨️ Waking up tired, feeling constantly run down, never properly rested
✨️ A significant event in your health history – trauma, shock, injuries, surgery, disordered eating, PTSD
Over the last few weeks, every new enquiry I've had has felt like exactly the right fit. Looking at them all together, I realised they had so much in common.
None of these things alone feels like a reason to book a GP appointment (even if it were easy to get one). But together? They can leave you feeling like life is a slog.
Maybe you've been through bigger things before and bounced back. But this time, you just can't seem to get back on track.
If this sounds like you, book in.
We'll start by calming your nervous system. When your body feels safe, your mind gets quieter. You breathe more deeply, think more clearly and finally remember what it feels like to relax.
Then we'll work on your sleep. If pain is still hanging around, we'll tackle that next.
I'm not going to promise you'll be skipping into the sunset after six sessions. But I do think that after six sessions you'll be looking forward to your monthly visit - to sink into the heated couch, enjoy a 20-minute acunap, switch off completely, and leave feeling reset and ready to face life again.
If you're curious about acupuncture but still have questions, pop them below. I'll happily bust the myths and ease your worries.
I can't wait to see you in the clinic.
