Thought it would be worth giving you a run-down of what a postpartum massage looks like, what it includes and the benefits of the service.

🤎Daytime, evening and weekend appointments
🤎Either 60 or 90 minute sessions
🤎Free on-site parking
🤎You’re welcome to bring your baby along

Sessions are always relaxed, with extra time for toilet breaks or if your baby needs you

They can also be a really nice gift for someone you know that’s just had a baby!

If you, your partner or a friend/family member has recently given birth (>post 6 weeks), send us a message for more information

Our new service is designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

What to expect in your session:
✨ A relaxing full-body massage using premium, calming oils
✨ Targeted deep-tissue techniques to support joint aches and muscle tension
✨ Specialised movements designed to support sleep

(Optional: A complimentary calming chamomile tea blend to take home, helping you drift off effortlessly.)

It was lovely talking to everyone including all the other lovely businesses

(Optional) addition of deep tissue massage in your back and shoulders to help with any aches from feeding and lifting your baby
