I've been building something for you.

I'm so proud to introduce 1:1 Pre and Postpartum Pilates at Core and Cradle.

I understand how overwhelming the pre and postnatal period can be.

That's exactly why I created this.

• Every session is personalised entirely around your recovery
• Pelvic floor, core strength, and gentle movement
• Bring your baby (they're always welcome!)

I'm now taking expressions of interest for July onwards.

Small group sessions (1:3) are coming too (and I'm already adding to the waitlist.)

Thought it would be worth giving you a run-down of what a postpartum massage looks like, what it includes and the benefits of the service.

🤎Daytime, evening and weekend appointments
🤎Either 60 or 90 minute sessions
🤎Free on-site parking
🤎You’re welcome to bring your baby along

Sessions are always relaxed, with extra time for toilet breaks or if your baby needs you

They can also be a really nice gift for someone you know that’s just had a baby!

We’ve had a very busy weekend at 2 baby events!!

Post-natal massage is now available at our clinic!!

A full body relaxation massage, using oil proven to help reduce stretch marks

(Optional) addition of deep tissue massage in your back and shoulders to help with any aches from feeding and lifting your baby

Oh, and if you have a little one with no child care?
