For one to one sessions I charge a
£15 consultation and meet up fee then
£50 per session
For group sessions I charge a £15 consultation fee then its £15 per person with no more than 4 in each group
The group session would need to be based around a common theme, relaxation, anxiety, stopping smoking, weight loss, if you would like me to consider other possible common themes please feel free to message me to let me know what that might be :)
I am happy to work with children or adults
