Hi guys,
Now that it's already June, I'd like to let you know and remind some of you that I'll be taking a longer holiday this year. My leave will start on 30 June and last until 16 July.

I would like to present the new price list, which will come into effect on 1 April.
As you can see, the prices are a little higher, but I hope this won’t stop you from using my services. I always try to put my heart and knowledge into helping everyone who comes to my practice.
I will also soon be starting combined sessions with exercises, which will have an even greater impact on improving the condition of your backs. I have already purchased all the necessary equipment and installed a wall ladder, so we can start very soon.

I would like to announce that I am introducing a new service to my practice: a 45-minute massage + 15 minutes of exercises for back pain.
After many years of observation and conversations with my clients, I have decided to take the initiative to help people with recurring back pain. Massage combined with exercises to strengthen the back muscles is the perfect combination to get rid of the unpleasant pain we struggle with every day.
I realise that these exercises are neither easy nor pleasant, which is why I decided to introduce them into my practice so that I can show them to you, do them together with you and correct them if necessary.

I need to prepare my treatment room for this by installing an exercise ladder and purchasing a few pieces of equipment to help with this type of exercise, so I plan to start on 1 April 2026. If I manage to do it earlier I will inform you here.

I would like to thank all of my lovely clients for support, trust and loyality. Thank you for your recomendations to your family, friends or colleagues. Thank you for all your beautiful reviews. When I moved to Lincoln in 2022 I was a bit scared to start my business from the beginning, I didn't know if I would find clients, if clients would come back to me, or how it would be.
Now, I am really happy to have you all and I am looking forward to seeing you again in New Year.
I hope 2026 will be very good, healthy and cheerful for all of you.
