Eccleshare Court Care and Nursing Home in the Hartsholme area of Lincoln offers specialist nursing and dementia care for older people. Person-centred care is delivered by highly trained staff in a dementia-friendly setting featuring a village street, bistro cafe, pub and hair salon. What a wonderful way to kick off the morning! ☕🎉We was thrilled to join in on the monthly coffee morning alongside our Swanholme family at Charlotte House where our lovely residents came together for a truly heartwarming experience. It was so special to see our dear Nancy joined by her husband, making the morning even more meaningful and memorable.

We were treated to delicious cups of tea and some absolutely scrumptious cakes — the perfect combination for a cozy gathering! 🍰 The atmosphere was filled with warmth, laughter, and pure joy as everyone came together to share in some wonderful moments.

The highlight of the morning had to be the singing and dancing, led by the fantastic Jules and Jason, who kept the energy high and the smiles even higher! It was a morning brimming with love, connection, and happiness — exactly the kind of moments that remind us why community truly matters.

What a wonderful day it turned out to be! ☀️ The residents at Eccleshare and Swanholme made the most of the beautiful sunshine by hopping on the bus for a delightful outing to grab some delicious ice cream. Sitting in the shade, sharing stories, and enjoying every sweet scoop made for the most heartwarming afternoon!

The fun didn't stop there! After returning, some of our lovely residents settled into the garden, enjoying the fresh air while chatting, telling jokes, and getting creative with some colouring — all while sipping on chilled drinks to stay cool and refreshed. 🍦

There's something truly magical about simple moments shared together — laughter, connection, and a little sweetness to brighten the day.AtEccleshre, we believe every day holds the potential for joy, and today was proof of just that!

We had a wonderful time playing name that tune this morning; it was such a delightful game with so many people participating and guessing the songs perfectly—we truly had a blast!
Then, Irene joined her Swanholme family Audrey John and Amie for a lovely afternoon at the Adi’s Legacy garden party. It was heart-warming to see the children playing, and Irene had a great time joining in with hook-a-duck and beach ball with her friends; it was such a special day.

What a truly magical afternoon it was celebrating National Afternoon Tea here at Eccleshare Court! 🫖✨ A huge thank you to all the wonderful ladies who joined us and filled the room with such warmth, laughter, and joy. It was an absolute delight to see everyone so happy, chatting away and even breaking into song — moments like these are truly priceless.

A very special thank you to Noel for putting together such a gorgeous spread of food. Every bite was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious! Combined with great company and a glass of bubbly, it made for an afternoon that will be remembered and cherished by all who attended., we believe in creating meaningful moments and bringing people together in the most beautiful way. Days like this remind us why we do what we do — and we couldn't be more grateful for every single smile shared around the table.
