Swanholme Court Care Home Swanholme Court Care Home is a warm and homely care home in the Hartsholme area of Lincoln. We specialise in elderly and dementia care.

Swanholme Court Care Home provides residential and dementia care in a quiet residential area of Lincoln near Hartsholme Country Park. Swanholme Court is home to up to twenty-seven residents and offers both long-term and short-term care. Further facilities are available next door at the sister care home, Eccleshare Court which provides a hair salon, chiropodist, pub, cafe and daily activities.

What a wonderful morning it was! ☕🍰 Our coffee morning was an absolute success, filled with warmth, laughter, and so much love. From beautifully crafted cakes to delicious biscuits, every treat was made with care and tasted absolutely incredible.

The coffee and cuppas were flowing, and the company was even better than the food! There is nothing quite like gathering together, sharing a warm drink, and enjoying the simple pleasures of good conversation and great company.

A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and made this event so special. Your presence means the world to us, and we truly appreciate each and every one of you. 💛

There's something truly magical about the smell of freshly baked shortbread filling the kitchen! 🍪 We had a wonderful time baking and making delicious shortbread biscuits together. The activity sparked the most heartwarming conversations about childhood memories — baking alongside parents and grandparents, flour on the countertops, and the joy of waiting for treats to come out of the oven. It was a genuinely beautiful and touching moment shared by everyone.

After our baking session, John and Chris headed over to the local cricket club for the monthly coffee morning. The fresh air was absolutely refreshing, and the wonderful company made it even more special. There's nothing quite like good conversation, a warm cup of coffee, and the great outdoors to brighten your day! ☕

What an absolutely incredible day at our Summer Fayre! 🎉 Even though the weather had other plans for us, we switched to Plan B and it turned out to be a massive success! The effort and dedication that went into making this day special truly showed, and we couldn't be more grateful.

A huge, heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Belinda for bringing the entertainment and keeping the energy alive — we absolutely love having you and cannot wait until next time! 🎶 Your presence always makes everything that much more magical.

A special shoutout goes to all our amazing stall holders who made the day so vibrant and exciting. You truly brought the fayre to life, and we are so thankful for your participation and enthusiasm!

✨ Anna enjoyed a visit to Pennells on Thursday. She was amazed by all the wonderful decorations & displays.

From the beautiful decorations to the twinkling lights, every corner was filled with festive charm and holiday wonder. It's the kind of experience that instantly puts you in the Christmas spirit, no matter the time of year!

Our June Employee of the Month is our amazing **Sarah**, and we couldn’t think of anyone more deserving! 🥰

Sarah is an incredibly **kind, caring and compassionate Care Assistant** who always goes above and beyond for our residents. She is adored by our residents and so highly valued by her colleagues and our residents’ families. ❤️

Not only does Sarah give her all in her role as a Care Assistant, but she is always happy to step in and help out in the **kitchen** when needed too. She truly is a fantastic team player!

Sarah is absolutely wonderful to work alongside, bringing kindness, positivity and care to everything she does. Her dedication never goes unnoticed, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our team. 🌷

Rain or shine, the fun is happening! 🌤️ Eccleshare and Swanholme are keeping everything crossed for sunshine this Saturday at our annual summer fair but we all know how unpredictable the Great British weather can be!

Not to worry, though — we have a brilliant Plan B ready to go! 🎉 The event will be moving indoors to Eccleshare so absolutely nothing is going to dampen the incredible day we have lined up for you. All the fun, laughter, and festivities are still very much on!

We refuse to let a little rain get in the way of a wonderful time, and we truly hope you won't either. Please don't be put off; come along, join us, and let's make some amazing memories together regardless of what the skies decide to do!

What an incredible afternoon we had here at Swanholme, joined by some of our lovely Eccleshare! 🎶

We were thrilled to welcome a very special first-time visitor, Vincent Learoyd, who joined us for an unforgettable session of singing and dancing. It's safe to say the energy in the room was absolutely electric, and our wonderful residents were completely captivated from start to finish!

The joy, laughter, and movement that filled the space was truly heartwarming to witness. Seeing our residents light up, sing along, and dance with such enthusiasm is exactly what moments like these are all about. Entertainment like this has a magical way of bringing people together and creating memories that last long after the music fades.

Vincent, you were an absolute star, and it goes without saying — we cannot wait to have you back! Our residents are already looking forward to the next visit. 🎤✨
