Residents enjoyed making their own lemonade using fresh lemons, sugar syrup, water, ice, and sliced limes. All of the hard work paid off when everyone got to sit back and enjoy the refreshing summer treat. 🥰☀️

💍💐 Celebrating Our Bride-to-Be! 💐💍

Today, our residents and staff came together to celebrate our lovely Martine ahead of her very special day on Saturday🥂💕

There was lots of excitement, smiles and well wishes as we helped Martine celebrate before she says “I do” to her future husband, Aiden. 👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️💒

From all of the residents and team at Lincoln Manor, we wish Martine and Aiden the most wonderful wedding day and a lifetime filled with love, laughter and happiness. ❤️

A huge congratulations to our Night Senior, Rachel Tomlinson, on being awarded Employee of the Month! 🎉

Rachel received numerous nominations from both colleagues and residents, recognising the incredible difference she makes every day. She is always smiling, caring, approachable and willing to help others, bringing kindness and positivity to every shift.

Her dedication, compassion and commitment to providing outstanding care never go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our team.

⚽ Football Fun at Lincoln Manor! ⚽

Residents enjoyed a fantastic football activity session with Phil from the Lincoln City Foundation, who kept everyone active with a variety of fun games and gentle exercises. ⚽

There was plenty of laughter throughout the session, especially when Phil wore his big hoop trousers! The games encouraged movement, teamwork, and lots of friendly fun, making it a brilliant session enjoyed by all. 💪

☀️🎉 Summer Fayre 🎉☀️

It was wonderful to welcome residents, families, staff, and members of our local community, who all came together to support our Summer Fayre. There was plenty to enjoy, including a tombola, fun guessing games, and live music. We were also entertained by a fantastic performance from Vincent Learoyd, who had everyone singing along and dancing. 🎤🎶

Some people quietly make a difference every single day, and Hazel is one of those people. ❤️

As our amazing Head Housekeeper, Hazel is so much more than her job title. She gives 110% in everything she does, never hesitates to help any department, and genuinely cares about every resident in our home.

Hazel takes the time to chat, laugh and build meaningful relationships with our residents, making them feel valued, comfortable and at home. Her positivity, compassion and willingness to go above and beyond never go unnoticed, and she is a true role model to the whole team.

It is people like Hazel who make Lincoln Manor such a special place to live and work.
