We’ve had a fun filled day here at Roman Wharf, safe to say that the residents have made the most of Friday fun day! We had sang, danced and been a little bit silly taking photos of each other showcasing our beautiful hand crafted Autumnal frame. �We’ve been welcoming the beautiful new season with a little creativity! Our residents have been busy colouring and painting lots of different types of leaves, exploring all the wonderful autumn colours along the way.
�From vibrant greens and sunny yellows to rich oranges and deep browns, everyone has been getting creative and putting their own personal touch on our handmade leaves.
�We’re now looking forward to bringing all our beautiful creations together as part of our seasonal autumn arrangement…a lovely way to celebrate the changing season and brighten up our beautiful home! 🧡

🌟 What a fabulous day we’ve had! 🌟

Our residents have had a wonderful morning filled with fun, laughter and plenty of friendly competition!

We enjoyed some lively ball games, had lots of fun with balloon tennis, and finished the morning with our lovely Knit & Natter session…plenty of chatting, creativity and smiles all around!

But the fun didn’t stop there… this afternoon it was time for BINGO! 🎉 There were lots of excitement, anticipation and a few lucky winners (they’re all winners in our eyes 🥹).

A fantastic day of activities, friendship and laughter…just what we love! ❤️

🌞🎉 What a Fantastic Summer Fete! 🎉🌞

What a wonderful day we had at our Summer Fete! Our residents, families, friends and team came together for an afternoon filled with music, friendship, laughter and lots of fun. 💛

There was plenty to enjoy, from our exciting tombola and raffle to lots of fun games and activities. The smiles and laughter throughout the day truly made it one to remember!

A very special thank you to Vince, who entertained us with his guitar and fantastic singing, treating us to lots of lovely, fun classic songs. 🎸🎶 His performance had everyone singing along and dancing, and it was wonderful to see so many of our residents getting up and enjoying themselves. 💃🕺

The home was filled with music, singing and laughter, and we were delighted with such a fantastic turnout. It was a beautiful celebration of community and togetherness, and we couldn’t have asked for a better day.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make our Summer Fete so special. We’re already looking forward to the next one! 💕

We have had a wonderful day preparing lots of treats for our Summer Fete tomorrow!!! We cannot wait to see you all, try not to let the weather hold you back 😊. There will be a selection of homemade gifts, games, some friendly competition, more crafting, laughter, friends, our raffle, live music and much more…come rain or shine ☔️.

📻🎶 Happy National Radio Day! 🎶📻

What a fabulous day we’ve had celebrating all things radio! ❤️

Our residents have enjoyed listening to some favourite tunes, sharing memories and reminiscing about the music, programmes and presenters they remember from years gone by. We even put our knowledge to the test with a fun radio quiz – there were some very impressive scores!

To finish off our day, we got creative and made our very own Radio Memory Board, filled with some of the radio stations, presenters and programmes that have brought back lots of wonderful memories. 🥰

From music that takes us back in time to stories shared with friends, it’s been a day full of laughter, nostalgia and happy memories. 💕🎵

Weve had an afternoon of fun, laughter and a little bit of silliness!

As the merriment continued, we enjoyed plenty of play with punch balloons, music and lots of laughter. A couple of our lovely ladies certainly brought their spirited personalities to the occasion and got right into the fun! 😍🎈

We also enjoyed a game of darts, while the rest of us sang along, laughed and generally enjoyed being silly together. 😂

It has truly been one of those afternoons filled with smiles, happy memories and wonderful togetherness. ❤️

Happy ‘Hump Day’ from all of us here at Roman Wharf!! 💕

We hope you’re all enjoying the summer holidays with family and friends ☀️

We’ve had a Wonderfull active morning filled with plenty of socialising, teamwork and, of course, lots of laughter! Our fabulous residents have been busy getting involved in all sorts of games, including table skittles, pool, bean bag toss, and hoops and cones.

We’ve loved the gentle competition, cheeky banter and wonderful team spirit, and everybody has thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

After all that activity, we’re now settling down for an afternoon of Doris Day 🎤🎶 it’s the perfect way to relax together.

We’re certainly embracing the cooler weather and making the most of our time together. We hope you’re all having a tremendous week! 💕
