🎊Meet Kelly🎊

Kelly joined IMP Healthcare in June 2026 as our Frailty Practitioner within the EHCH Team and Ageing Well Team, bringing an incredible 22 years of NHS experience to the role.

Her background includes working as a Specialist Practitioner in District Nursing for Lincolnshire Community Health Services, as well as time spent in the Emergency sector at ULHT, giving her a deep understanding of complex care, urgent needs, and supporting patients across varied clinical settings.

Outside of work, Kelly is very family and friend orientated. She loves days out with loved ones, swimming, holidays anywhere warm, football, and reading or studying anything related to health — a passion that shines through in her practice.✨

⭐Meet Kailem⭐

Kailem joined IMP Healthcare in June 2026 as our new Neurodivergence Care Coordinator, bringing over six years of NHS and NHS‑partner experience to the team.

He previously spent two years as a Freelance Digital Marketer and Web Designer, and before that worked at the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (LICB) as a Continuing Healthcare Administrator, developing strong insight into patient pathways and ICB processes.⭐

Outside of work, Kailem is full of energy and creativity - he’s been skateboarding for over 20 years, has played the drums since the age of three, and loves swimming.

We’re delighted to have him on board.⭐

We’re excited to welcome Donna, who has joined our Ageing Well Team as our new Care Coordinator.

Donna brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare, having previously worked as a Senior Care Assistant at Willow Court, one of the care homes our EHCH team services.

Her compassion, dedication and wealth of knowledge make her a fantastic addition to the team and a great support for our patients.

When she’s not at work, Donna’s spare time is happily taken up by her grandson — who keeps her busy and brings lots of joy.
