We are proud of our amazing theatre bookings team from Lincoln Private Hospital who recently took on the Inflatable 5K challenge.

The team tackled giant slides, bouncy obstacles and plenty of fun along the way – all in support of our nominated Charity of the Year, St Barnabas Hospice. A huge thank you to everyone who supported and donated.

A strong pelvic floor can play an important role in supporting everyday movement, balance and long-term wellbeing.

Pelvic health can affect everything from confidence in movement to core strength and everyday comfort. In this session, Suzanne, expert Senior Physiotherapist, will share gentle Pilates exercises designed to help support your pelvic floor and overall wellbeing.

Suitable for all abilities, the session can be joined live or on demand, with the opportunity to ask questions throughout.
