I didn’t choose Reiki because I wanted to forget my grief.

I chose it because I wanted to understand it.

After losing my mum, becoming a mum myself and navigating so many moments without her, I realised how much I was still carrying.

Reiki gave me a way to slow down, reconnect with myself and begin to heal, not by letting go of her, but by learning to carry the love without carrying all the pain.

And that’s why I teach it now. 🀍
