📸 With my clients’ consent, here’s an example of some hard, thickened callus that I have carefully removed using a sterile blade and then filed smooth.

Removing hard callus can help prevent deeper cracks and fissures developing, which can become painful and increase the risk of infection.

👣 Silicone Toe Prop Training Today 👣

Today I’ve been undertaking training in silicone toe props — a custom-moulded foot-care device designed to help lift, cushion, protect and support toes affected by conditions such as hammer, claw or overlapping toes.

Using kneadable silicone putty, the material can be carefully moulded to the individual foot to create a comfortable, personalised device. These can help to reduce pressure and friction, improve comfort and provide support and gentle realignment where appropriate.

I’m always investing in further training and developing my skills so I can offer my clients more treatment options and personalised foot care. ❤️

Another skill added to my toolkit, and I’m really looking forward to being able to offer this to my clients! 👣✨

Wow, what an amazing and incredibly busy week! ❤️

I’ve been working some very long days, seeing so many lovely clients and having the absolute pleasure of looking after your feet. 👣

I honestly feel so humbled by the kindness you show me. During my busy days, so many of you take the time to make me a cup of tea or coffee, bring me cold drinks, food and little snacks. 🥰 It really does mean so much to me and I’m so grateful.

I truly feel very lucky to have such fantastic clients — many of whom I’m now lucky enough to call friends. ❤️

Thank you for all your continued support, kindness and loyalty. It never goes unnoticed.

Now it’s time for a few very well-needed days off to recharge! 😴❤️
