There’s something lovely about preparing the space and knowing that soon it’ll be filled with many harmonics, pure tones and stillness. People deciding to take some much needed time for themselves.

Join me for an evening sound bath at Cholesbury Village Hall, surrounded by the beautiful Chiltern countryside.

You’ll be invited to get comfortable, close your eyes and settle into a short meditation, then the sounds of gongs, crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments will wash over you.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself, something comfortable to lie on, and a blanket if you’d like to get extra cosy.
