I'm excited to share that I am now offering Reiki Level 1 training at The Hygge Hub 😊🙌
I have written this course myself, incorporating all of the knowledge and experience I've gained over the last few years, along with lots of love ❤️
I cannot wait to share the magic of Reiki with new students - I can honestly say that undertaking my Reiki journey has truly changed my life🙏
If you feel called to start your Reiki journey, get in touch - I have two pre planned dates this year, but if those dates do not suit, other arrangements can be made:

Modern Medicine Woman Practitioner Training- done! ☺️✨️
Forever grateful for this opportunity, lessons learned, and experiences I will never forget.
As well as meeting the most amazing group of talented women. Being surrounded by others who's primary goal is to help others, expand spiritually and make the world a better place makes me feel both humbled and hopeful 🙏

My wonderful friend Sylvia came back to The Hygge Hub to complete the Introduction to Aromatherapy and Blending course 🌿
This one day course is the perfect start to a journey with essential oils.
We had so much fun testing the oils, blending different combinations, and creating creams, oils and room sprays - like witches in the apothecary! 😁🧙‍♀️✨️
I will be running this course again on the following date:

I'll be travelling down south to co facilitate this day retreat at the beautiful Granary in Bedford.
Think nurturing movement, creativity, relaxation, nourishing food, hot chocolate, cosy socks and an abundance of hygge!!
What to expect:
✨️Gentle intention-setting practice to anchor your personal Winter theme.
✨️Winter Qigong - a full hour of slow, nourishing Winter Qigong, combined with some vocal toning. This embodied practice helps you drop out of the mind and into the body, releasing tension, restoring vitality, and preparing you for deeper rest and reflection. All movements and sounds are accessible and optional; no prior experience needed.
✨️A warming vegan & vegetarian lunch, including soup, fresh bread, a warm seasonal salad, a comforting pudding and treats.
✨️Aromatherapy Sensory Creative Writing - a gentle, sensory-led creative writing experience guided by aromatherapy oils.
Through scent, guided prompts, and quiet reflection, you’ll explore what you are Wintering, composting, and quietly dreaming into being. ✨️Deep Meditation & Sound Bath - an, immersive guided meditation and sound bath for deep rest and integration.
✨️Warming Cacao Hot Chocolate & Marshmallows - we return gently with ceremonial-style cacao hot chocolate and shared warmth to really bring in that cosy "hygge" feeling!
✨️We finish with a soft closing of the circle, offering space for integration, gratitude, and restoration before stepping back into the outer world.

The wheel of the year continues to turn, and we head into cooler temperatures, shorter days, and darker months 🌙
What I love about following the wheel of the year is that continual reminder of change, what is coming next, and the beauty that can be found in every stage of the year. This can be a time of trepidation for some who dislike the cold and lack of sunlight - but there is still a lot of joy to be found in Autumn and Winter 🥰🍂
As we journey towards the next sabbat of Mabon, we invite you to join us for our next Sacred Sister Circle on Sunday 20th September.
Mabon is celebrated around the Autumn Equinox, and is a powerful time to reflect on balance and gratitude 🙏
For this circle our theme will be Harvesting Harmony. With the help of some beautiful activities, sacred rituals, and group reflection, we will hold space for you to explore where your life feels balanced, where you may be giving too much or receiving too little, and what you want to release or restore as we move into the darker half of the year.

I've had the most beautiful week of adventures, exploring, history, creativity, festivals, music, and connection.
We attended Vegan Campout (watching an inflatable cow in the moshpit was a highlight 🤘🐮), Sherwood Forest, Avebury Stone Circle, Glastonbury Abbey, Tor, Chalice Well Gardens and finally the 3 Wishes Fairy Festival 🧚‍♀️
Also got to have some special ups with family and friends in between.
The mud has finally been washed off my feet, bags unpacked, washing (almost) done, but I've got so many wonderful memories that will stay forever 🥰
Feeling incredibly blessed, tired and happy 😊
Happy to be back in my little Hygge Hub, seeing my lovely clients again.
Also excited to see the beautiful women at my Feminine Energy Sound Journey this Sunday - there are a couple of spaces left, get in touch if youd like to come along ♥️

Apologies for lack of posting recently - it's been a busy couple of weeks with work and celebrating my beautiful boy's 18th birthday 🥳
I'm currently still on holiday but am back on Tuesday 25th August, and there are still a couple slots for appointments left that week, as well as my Sound Journey at Greetland Wellness Hub on Sunday 30th August ✨️☺️
In the meantime here's a pic of me enjoying a leaf 🤣🤣 I found this beauty in the magical Sherwood Forest in Nottingham - if you love trees I highly recommend this place, it's a tree huggers paradise!
Looking forward to sharing my adventures in Glastonbury later in the week ☺️
