Finding the right therapist is important and reaching out for support can be a little scary. I offer a warm safe, non judgmental space for you to explore at your own pace, your troubles and concerns. I work locally face to face or UK wide online. Every person is unique so I tailor my approach to meet your needs. I have particular interest in supporting you with bereavement, anxiety and depression but I also work with a wide range of issues including stress. low self esteem, relationships and trauma. I welcome clients from all back grounds where you can feel heard, valued and understood with a holistic approach.
I have worked in different therapies over many years and I offer Counselling, Hypnotherapy , Emotional Freedom therapy along with Reiki and meditation.
