While many companies post only their compliments, we share our complaints—and how we fix them. 🤝

A short while ago, a family reached out with some constructive feedback. They felt our initial enquiry process didn't give them the depth of detail they needed during a really important time.

In the care sector, you can either hide away from a complaint, or you can use it to grow. We chose to roll up our sleeves.💪

Our team immediately went to work—completely redesigning our information brochure and building a brand-new, comprehensive FAQ document from scratch to ensure no question goes unanswered. We sent the final versions right back to that same family to ensure it truly hit the mark.

Today, we received this incredible letter in the post from them, and it blew us all away. To hear that our response "blossomed into a shining example of what genuine listening and sincere commitment can achieve" means the world to us.

Don’t judge us by what we get wrong. Judge us on how we fix it. 💙

Investing in Excellence: Dementia Awareness Training at MollyCare! 🧠✨

Take a look at our amazing team during a recent training session at our Littlehampton head office, with Becky leading our specialist Dementia Awareness training! 🥰

Over the last 12 months, we have made significant investments in both our infrastructure and our training packages. For us, providing training isn’t just about "ticking a box" for CQC regulations—it’s about completely exceeding those standards. We believe in giving our team more tools, deeper knowledge, and continuous support so they can feel completely empowered to do their jobs expertly, a little bit more every single day.

This specific, high-quality dementia training package was put together by the Homecare Association, ensuring our staff receive industry-leading insights and practices.

We had our staff meeting today, and while Beth isn't heading off on maternity leave quite yet, we couldn't resist the perfect opportunity to spoil her!

As our Field Care Supervisor, Beth is a truly critical part of the MollyCare team. She works incredibly hard to support both our clients and our carers out in the community, and we loved having the chance to surprise her with some well-deserved gifts today!

💙At MollyCare, we don’t just meet industry standards—we exceed them. We are committed to Creating a Continuous Development Culture, ensuring our team is equipped with the best possible skills to support our community.💙

While many providers focus only on the basics, we believe in a higher standard of preparation. Before any of our staff are allowed to work in the community, they must complete:

✅Over 20 specialized online training programs.

✅Comprehensive in-house Moving and Handling certification.

✅Rigorous in-house Medication Administration training.

Our Partnership with Brighton MET College
We are proud to have partnered with Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (MET) to deliver NVQs and offer the Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care as a fully-funded opportunity to our entire team. This qualification is the equivalent of two A-Levels and serves as a vital gateway to senior and specialist roles.

No Limits to Learning
We don’t stop at Level 3. At MollyCare, we support our staff’s ambitions all the way up to Level 7 in Adult Social Care. To put that into perspective:

Level 5 is equivalent to a Foundation Degree.

Level 6 is equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree.

Level 7 is equivalent to a Master’s Degree.

What’s Next?
Our dedicated in-house training team is currently working behind the scenes to bring our staff even more internal development opportunities. We are constantly evolving to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the care sector.

By integrating these professional qualifications with our Care Certificate and in-house Dementia Specialist training, we ensure our people have the expertise and confidence to provide outstanding care. We are proud to invest in our team so they can provide the dignity, respect, and professional support our clients deserve.
