š1 stone down. Stronger. Fitter. Better habits.š
When he first started, heād never really trained before.
Now?
Heās training in the gym twice a week, doing a home workout, cycling, playing badminton ( because his girlfriend made himš¤£) building muscle, getting stronger, and completely changing the way he lives.
And the best bit?
He didnāt have to bin off his life to do it.
He still ate out.
He still had drinks.
He still enjoyed himself.
He tracked around 80% of the time.
He lowered his drinking without cutting it out completely.
He built a routine that actually fitted around his life.
Thatās why this result is so good.
Because anyone can be perfect for 2 weeks.

A stone down is amazing.
