Fantastic weekend together in the Lake District 🌿🪷

Thank you all for coming and spending a perfect summer's weekend in nature and great company.
We loved welcoming the view of hills and sheep into the yoga barn, hiking to Grasmere and around Rydal water and enjoying delicious meals at the cottage.

Hoping you got home well and that we will see you again!

We're back from our Portugal retreat in the forest 🌿

We had a really special time with a wonderful group 🙏🪷
Practising yoga and meditation in a magical floating shala, spending time in a stunning location, enjoying delicious vegan/vegetarian meals and so much more!

We swam in the river and natural swimming pool, had a beach trip with an incredible picnic and saw breathtaking views of the Rio Zezere.

Thank you so much to the heart-centred team at Vale de Moses. You made us feel so welcome and cared for and we can't wait to return ❤️

Just 2 weeks to go until our Heartful Yoga, Mindfulness and Walking retreat in Portugal! 🪷

We can't wait to be here ; a remote retreat nestled in the forested mountain valleys of Central Portugal. 🌿

We'll spend 5 nights practising yoga and meditation, going for forest walks and river swims, learning mindfulness techniques and breathing in nature in a stunning location.
