Sorry not sorry 🤷‍♀️ It’s not your prices—nobody wants to book a treatment with a wet lettuce.

Look, we obviously have to stay professional for the treatment itself. The skills, the technique, and client safety always come first. But personality is what keeps people coming back! I love letting my ADHD shine during appointments. My clients feel like besties, and that’s why they keep coming back.

When I teach my students, this is a huge focus. I teach them the real psychology behind how and why clients rebook—because having a certificate is useless if you can’t retain your clients!

You simply can’t be everyone’s cup of tea—and why on earth would you want to be anyway? Be yourself, attract your tribe, and let the rest filter themselves out
