Ketamine can cause serious bladder problems, with the urgent and frequent need to p*e. This can be very painful and the p*e can be blood-stained.

Although stopping using ketamine can help, sometimes the damage can be so serious that the bladder needs surgical repair or even removal.

In the first 6 months, the safest place for a baby to sleep (day or night) is in their own cot or Moses basket in the same room as their parent/s or carer/s.

When a baby is sleeping, regardless of whether the baby is sleeping in a cot, crib, Moses basket, carrycot or if bedsharing with an adult, their sleep space must be always be flat and clear.

Find out which products your baby needs for a safer sleep and when co-sleeping is not advised.

• Sore throat
• Sinusitis
• Infected insect bites
• Impetigo
• Shingles
• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

Pharmacists are highly trained healthcare professionals and can offer quick advice and treatment without the need for a GP appointment.

If needed, they will advise you to contact your GP or another healthcare service.
