After a cancellation yesterday , Steve kindly came to Stonedale Lodge to entertain our residents free of charge. He always says he loves coming because of the warm welcome he receives from our residents and staff, and because everyone loves a good singalong and dance at stonedale

Celebrating 30 Years!

A huge congratulations to our wonderful Laundry Assistant, Joyce, on 30 years of dedicated service at Stonedale Lodge.

In 30 years, Joyce has never had a single day off sick and has never been late—an incredible achievement that reflects her dedication and commitment. She is one of the kindest people you could meet and always goes above and beyond

Thank you, Joyce, for everything you do. Congratulations on this amazing milestone!

Today our residents enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing Namaste session, taking time to unwind and indulge in some gentle pampering.

The afternoon included soothing face masks, cooling eye patches, relaxing head and hand massages, and the calming scent of lavender plants, while listening to peaceful, relaxing music

These sessions are so much more than a treat,they help promote relaxation, comfort, reduce anxiety, and support emotional wellbeing, leaving everyone feeling refreshed and calm

A beautiful afternoon filled with smiles, and self care.

What a lovely day at Stonedale Lodge!

Angela enjoyed a stroll around our beautiful grounds before heading into the local community, where she spent time chatting with local residents and soaking up the sunshine.

Pauline also enjoyed some fresh air with her faithful teddy, Nigel, by her side.

We also got creative making lovely planted pots using plants kindly donated by our family member, Dawn. Thank you for your generosity – the pots look wonderful and everyone had a fantastic time getting involved.

We had a lovely day at Stonedale Lodge today and were delighted to welcome Father Anthony from Queen of Martyrs Church. It always means so much to our residents to be able to receive Holy Communion or a blessing in the comfort of their own home, bringing comfort, joy, and a sense of connection to their faith.

We also enjoyed some walks in the sunshine and baked some delicious cookies together. A wonderful day filled with smiles and special moments
