Tired but grateful.

Grateful I was able to move my body and train with friends at this morning.

Grateful I then came to a fully booked clinic.

Grateful I ran a full multibed clinic offering a safe space for people to tell their stories and start their healing journey.

Grateful I then got to go home and put my 2 moomins to bed.

One tired by grateful lady.

Our Raffle is live!
Our quiz night tickets are live!

All to raise funds for our initial wave of healthcare classes for those that cannot afford it.

With the news released today that the healthy life expectancy gap between the rich and poor has widened .

Along with public health data continuing to show that Liverpool is the 3rd most deprived local authority; it has the 2nd lowest life expectancy in the country, and 3/10 children living in poverty, we need to act NOW.
