MLD is a gentle, hands on Therapy technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to move lymph fluid out of congested areas of the body.
Specialised techniques are utilised to help prevent the build up of stagnant fluid, Qi (energy), Lymph and Blood in the body.
