🌿 Csendes Kakaó Diéta Elvonulás – A csend mint tanító 🌿

Vannak utak, amelyeket nem lehet szavakkal bejárni.
Ez az 1 hetes kakaó diéta elvonulás egy mély belső utazás, ahol a csend nem csupán keret, hanem maga a gyakorlat. A külső zajok elcsendesedésével lehetőség nyílik meghallani azt, ami mindig is ott volt bennünk – a szív halk hangját, a belső bölcsességet és az élet finomabb rétegeit.
A kakaó szeretetteljes szelleme és a Shipibo hagyomány inspirációja tartja ezt a teret. Az elvonulást kakaóceremóniával nyitjuk és zárjuk, a köztes napokat pedig nemes csendben töltjük. A diéta ideje alatt a kakaóval böjtölünk, támogatva a test, az elme és a szív tisztulását. A csend meditációk, a természet közelsége és a növényi szellem finom jelenléte segítik az elmélyülést és a befelé fordulást.
Ez az elvonulás nem egy wellness-hétvége, és nem is az első lépések helye az önismereti úton.
Olyan résztvevőket várunk, akiknek már van tapasztalatuk meditációban, tudatos önismereti munkában vagy spirituális gyakorlatokban, és készek arra, hogy a csend tükrében mélyebben találkozzanak önmagukkal.
