Another memory, this time from 2016. The beauty and perks of my work has taken me to places I would never have dreamed about. The people, places, cultures, food, yes, I have been blessed. I performed 3 nights in West Bandra, Mumbai, India. I spent one week filming with UTV world movies and 3 nights performing live in a 700-seat theatre. Three days before the first show tickets went on sale and I had serious doubts but my agent Quill said, “don’t worry this is India, TII”. He was right, all tickets sold. So different to the way we work in the UK. The image was taken at the airport upon arrival, my initiation! After the theatre shows I was invited to an opulent Bollywood party at the 4 seasons hotel. What an experience.
