Love helping people learn and grow? We're recruiting a Care Trainer for our Liverpool team!

The role:
- Deliver inductions and ongoing training to our care teams
- Support colleagues to be the best they can be
- £26,000 - £27,810 | 37.5hrs per week | Permanent

Development pathway available – if you're building your training experience, we'll support you to become a fully qualified Trainer within 18 months.

What we need:
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Passion for developing others
- Full UK driving licence

What you'll get:

Towards the end of November, our Liverpool colleagues Katelyn and Emily used their Above & Beyond time to help their client May (99) enjoy something she’d been missing for years - getting out and about.

May, who hadn't left the house in a long time, was over the moon with her day out.

At Be Caring, our block-pay model means colleagues have the time and flexibility to focus on what really matters - building relationships and sharing meaningful moments like this.
