5-Minute Back Pain Reset 🙌

Feeling stiff, tight or uncomfortable through your lower back? Try this simple five-minute reset to calm things down, restore movement and help your back feel a little freer.

1️⃣ 90/90 Parasympathetic Breathing
2️⃣ Child’s Pose Breathing
3️⃣ Cat-Camel
4️⃣ Supine Pelvic Tilts
5️⃣ Half-Kneeling Open Book

Spend around one minute on each exercise, move slowly and stay within a comfortable range.

This isn’t about forcing a stretch or pushing through pain. It’s about breathing, moving gently and giving your back the input it needs to relax.

Save this reel for the next time your back feels stiff, and share it with someone who spends too much time sitting.

*Stop if your symptoms worsen or you experience sharp pain, numbness or weakness.*

Could play this sound on repeat… 🔊

That lower back adjustment 😮‍💨

Who else loves the sound of an adjustment? 👇

Do as we say… not as we do 😂

When your chiropractor tells you to keep up with your stretches… but then gets caught cutting corners on their own 👀

Yes, we noticed.
Yes, they’ve been exposed.
And yes… you should still do your stretches 😂

Practice what you preach, team!

Hip pain? You HAVE to try this stretch 👇

The 90/90 wall glute stretch is a great way to target the glutes and the outside of the hip, especially if that area feels tight, stiff or restricted.

Using the wall gives you a little more control, so you can settle into the position and gradually explore the range without forcing it.

Try holding for 30–60 seconds each side, breathing slowly and letting the hip relax.

Just remember: stretching can help you feel better, but if your hip pain keeps coming back, the answer probably isn’t simply to stretch it more.

Mobility matters. But so does building strength and capacity through the hip.

Save this one and give it a go.

Doesn’t that look relieving? 🙌

If you’re struggling with tension through your shoulders, upper back or neck, a massage treatment like this might be exactly what you need.

Helping ease tight muscles, reduce tension and leave you feeling looser, lighter and more relaxed.

Sometimes your body just needs a bit of TLC. 💆

When your back flares up, doing nothing can feel like the safest option.

And for the first day or two, backing off can absolutely be sensible.

But there’s an important difference between relative rest and stopping completely.

The goal isn’t to push through pain or jump straight back into the gym.

It’s to gradually remind your body that movement is safe.

Start small.
A few short walks.
Some gentle, comfortable mobility.

Then, as things settle, gradually build your normal activity and strength back up.

Because long term, the answer usually isn’t making your back do less.

It’s building a back that can tolerate more.

Rest is a comma, not a full stop.

Save this for the next time your back flares up, or send it to someone who’s currently afraid to move.

SI JOINT PAIN? BUILD STABILITY, NOT JUST MOBILITY.

If the area around your SI joint constantly feels sore, irritated or “unstable”, stretching it over and over again might not be the answer.

Sometimes we need to do the opposite.

Build the capacity of the muscles around the pelvis to tolerate load and work together.

Try these 3 exercises:
1️⃣ Single-leg glute bridge hold
Builds glute strength while challenging you to keep the pelvis controlled on one leg.

2️⃣ Kneeling side plank + hip abduction
Targets the lateral hip and trunk muscles that help control the pelvis from side to side.

3️⃣ Staggered-stance RDL
Brings everything together with a hip hinge, posterior-chain strength and control under asymmetrical load.

The goal isn’t to “put the SI joint back in place”.

It’s to build a stronger, more capable system around it.

Your back and pelvis need capacity, not fragility.

Save this and give them a try.

👌

A neck adjustment should never be about forcing movement. It is about assessing the right area, using the right technique and delivering the adjustment with accuracy.

Very satisfying when it looks this smooth. 😮‍💨

When you ask the team if they like working here…

How could they possibly say no? 😂

Totally honest answers. Absolutely no pressure. 👀

Desk job? Try these two moves at the end of your working day.

Hours spent sitting can leave your upper back feeling stiff, your chest closed down and your breathing shallow.

These two simple exercises are designed to help you move in the opposite direction:

1. Thoracic Extension
Use a foam roller or backbender to gently extend through your upper back. Keep your ribs controlled and avoid forcing the movement through your lower back.

2. 90/90 Chest Opener with Parasympathetic Breathing
Allow the chest and shoulders to open while taking slow, controlled breaths. Focus on a long exhale to help reduce tension and shift your body out of “work mode.”

These are not magic stretches that undo everything, but they are a great way to restore movement, improve breathing and help your spine feel less restricted after a long day at your desk.

Try both for 2-5 minutes tonight and let us know how your upper back feels afterwards.
Save this post for the end of your next working day.
