Recently, I haven’t really been one for sharing personal things on social media, but I wanted to share a little of my weight loss and self-growth journey.

My “before” photo was taken 2 and a half years ago in Majorca, during a time when I was recovering from severe depression and honestly struggling more than most people knew.

Fast forward to today — I’m 4 stone lighter, continuing to work through my mental health journey, and feeling stronger than ever. I’ve built my own aesthetics clinic, met the most amazing clients, and created something I’m truly proud of.

None of this would have been possible without my incredible family and friends, who stood by me through every tear, every moment of self-doubt, and every time I felt like a failure. They lifted me up when I couldn’t do it myself and reminded me of my strength when I had forgotten it.

This journey has been about so much more than weight loss — it’s been about rebuilding myself, finding confidence again, and proving to myself that even after the darkest times, things really can get better.
