Another post to highlight the procedure of breast reduction and augmentation with implants . Augmentation mastopexy is a great choice to rejuvenate breasts which has lost volume , fullness and cleavage following weight loss, pregnancy and breast feeding or just by the process of aging. This pleasant lady wished for breasts to be enhanced by 2 cup size , fullness with firmness of breasts and a prominent cleavage. These expectations were achieved by choosing an extra high profile, smooth surface round implants and uplifted using a vertical scar mastopexy. Patient is really pleased with the outcome.

This young lady wished to have a good 3-4 cup enhancement of her breasts, she felt that her breasts needed to be in proportionate to her nice chest silhouette , wanting a fuller and curvy bossoms. I have enhanced her breasts from a small “A” cup to a “ D/DD” by placing an extra-high 540cc smooth surfaced round implants in Subfacial pockets , allowing for 3 dimensional enhancement of her small breast envelope. She is very pleased with her results.

This is a great case to illustrate ‘the minus plus procedure “. The patient expectations was to remain same size as before but wanted the breasts to feel firmer, with fuller cleavage and pert breasts. The drooped soft breast tissue was reduced in volume and an implant was inserted in a subfacial pocket to restore the breast volume and change the consistency of the breasts to a firmer feel of an implant. The ni***es are optimised to correct position on the breast mound and breasts uplifted onto a higher plane on the chest wall with a mastopexy. All her expectations have been met with and the patient is super thrilled with results.

Another example for augmentation-mastopexy procedure . This is a great procedure for patients who have lost breast volume either from weight loss or, pregnancy/breast feeding or just aging. The breast volume is enhanced with an implant , implants in addition confers to fullness to the upper breasts. Breast uplift is required to optimise the ni**le position on the breast mound. Augmentation-mastopexy is a tricky procedure as getting the balance between enhancement / skin envelope reduction and optimising the ni***es position has to be precise failing which results in multitude of issues. I specialise in these complex cases and really enjoy the challenge each case presents. This patient is super happy with the results.

A huge thanks to our lovely super-fit patient for consenting to share these before and Ontable results. She wished to be enhanced to a D cup to restore her lost breast volume and uplifted to get more perky youthful appearance to her breasts . I have augmented her breasts with a 345cc high profile implants and an uplift with a vertical mastopexy technique. All her expectations have been met and she is extremely happy with her results.

I just love hearing experiences from my patient 😍 , this lovely patient had implants for a long while and had developed painful capsular contracture. The treatment for this
Painful condition is removal of the implants with a total capsulectomy, the additional options includes

1. No further intervention
2. Replace with new implants
3. Uplift to redesign the droopy empty breasts to an aesthetically pleasing chest.
4. Replace implants with uplift
5. Fat grafting to replace some of the lost volume.

The option recommended depends on patient’s expectations and wishes.

Pregnancy and breast feeding may affect breasts both in terms of lack of fullness, empty appearance of breasts and droopiness.
