A huge thanks to our delightful patient for consenting to share these before and after photos , following couple of pregnancies and breast feeding the breasts had been deflated and droopy , this got worse following few stone weight loss.
Her dream wish list were
1. Enhance breasts sizes by 3 cup sizes - achieved by 400cc Hi profile implants Silimed SOFT TOUCH smooth surface placed in dual plane.

Thanks to our patient for consenting to share these before and after photos of her augmentation. The point to observe in this case is that her breasts are low set on her chest and by creating the dual plane pocket in the correct place the breast looks in an ideal place on the chest , a tear drop implants 280cc has enhanced her breasts by 2 cup size and she is thrilled with the results MrChandrashekar

A huge thanks to our wonderful patient for consenting to share these before and after photos of her breast reduction surgery. She was troubled for years with heavy droopy breasts , causing shoulder pain , back pain , neck ache , poor posture etx. 2 kgs of breast tissue was removed and the ni**les/breasts uplifted to a more aesthetically pleasing position on her chest. She is thrilled with the results.

A huge thanks to our delightful patient for consenting to share these before and after photos. She has had previous breast augmentation 15years ago with a large extra full profile 545cc Allergan implants . She was troubled with heaviness of the breasts/implants , and didn’t like the appearance of bottoming out of the implant and ni**les pointing upwards. I have done an exchange of implants with a smaller smooth surface SILIMED SOFT TOUCH implants and a mastopexy . The bottoming out of the implants has been corrected, breast size reduced and ni**le position optimised , patient is super happy with the results. augmentation
