Here Comes the Son

Here Comes the Son Touch, breath, and calm — for you both. Connected hands, calm hearts, everyday magic.

Life is such a bloody rush.

Getting out of the house, getting somewhere on time, remembering everything the baby needs… and sometimes even the things that are meant to be enjoyable end up feeling like another thing to rush to and rush home from.

I never wanted my Baby Massage & Calm for Mama courses to feel like that.

They’re 75 minutes for a reason.

Time to arrive. Settle in. Feed your baby if you need to. Have a cuddle. Stop if your baby needs you. Take your time learning the massage rather than feeling like you have to keep up.

Every routine is put together with so much thought — not only around how it can support your baby, but how it can deepen that connection between the two of you too.

And Calm for Mama is woven into every session, because I know most new mums aren’t getting hours away from their baby for self-care… and quite honestly, many don’t want to be away from them either.

So we create little moments of calm while your baby is right there with you.

You’ll also have handouts, videos and support from me afterwards because I know what it’s like to get home and think, what was that stroke again? 😂

I want this to feel like more than learning baby massage.

I want it to be a beautiful little pocket of your week where you can slow down, connect and just be.

September Baby Massage & Calm for Mama Early Bird spaces are now open.

Commemt or DM MASSAGE and I’ll send you all the details. 🤎

If you're reading this while feeding your baby in the middle of the night... this is for you. 🤍

Those quiet hours can feel so lonely sometimes. It's just you, your baby, and the hope that they'll drift back off to sleep soon.

That's exactly why I created Luxury Baby Massage & Calm for Mama. Not just to teach baby massage, but to give you a space where you can slow down too. A place where no one minds if your baby needs feeding, cuddling, crying or sleeping.

Where you're looked after just as much as your little one.

Reading messages like this reminds me why I do what I do every single week.

Thank you to every mama who trusts me with such a special chapter of your journey. It truly means the world.

🤍 September spaces are now open.

A lot of people don't realise that I offer Luxury Baby Massage & Calm for Mama as a one-to-one course from the comfort of your own home.
I created these sessions because I know what it feels like to be completely overwhelmed by the thought of attending group sessions.
When I had postnatal depression, walking into a room full of people just wasn't an option for me. It broke my heart because I would have loved to experience baby massage and baby yoga with Sonny, but I simply wasn't ready.
I know there are so many mums who feel exactly the same. Others just prefer the privacy, calm and comfort of being at home. That's why these sessions mean so much to me.
The course is 4 weekly sessions for £149 – that's just £37.25 per session.

You don't need to pack the changing bag, get yourself dressed in a rush, or worry about getting out of the door on time.
I come to you.
I bring everything needed to create a beautiful, calming space in your home:
🤍 Yoga mat, faux fur rug, blankets and cushions 🤍 Organic baby massage oil for you to keep
🤍 Baby massage handouts and video tutorials
🤍 My Calm for Mama wellbeing area
Each week we'll gently work through new baby massage techniques together before finishing with something just for you.

You can choose from:
✨ Guided meditation
✨ Mini sound bath
✨ Reiki
✨ Indian head massage
✨ Hand massage
✨ Breathwork
✨ Gratitude journalling

Every mum I've worked with one-to-one has told me that this part of the session became their favourite.
I'm also very happy to visit homes with pets too. As long as they're friendly and everyone is safe, they're very welcome to stay part of the family atmosphere.

The best part? When the session finishes, you don't have to get back in the car. If your little one falls asleep and you fancy curling up with a cup of tea or even having a little nap yourself, you're already exactly where you need to be.

I'm now taking September bookings for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and spaces are limited.

If this feels like exactly what you need right now, pop me a message or text me on 07795 233 567. I'd love to have a chat and answer any questions to see whether it's the ri

Today at the park, another mum unknowingly taught me something.

She was probably in her early twenties and was encouraging her little boy, who looked around Sonny's age, to climb a rope ladder onto one of the bigger climbing frames. She stayed close, she was watching him, but she trusted him to work it out.

And honestly... I was in awe.
My instinct would probably have been, "Not yet, Sonny. That's too big."

Watching them made me stop and question myself. Am I wrapping him in cotton wool a little too much? Could I trust him just a little more to take safe, age-appropriate risks and build his confidence?

It also reminded me that, as parents, we all have something to learn from one another. Today's lesson came from a mum I'd never met.

So now I'm curious...
Do you think older parents tend to be a little more cautious, or do you think it has nothing to do with age and everything to do with personality?
I'd love to hear your thoughts. 💛

How is your Friday going Mamas?

I absolutely love being a boy mum and having Friday off with my boy...never thought I'd be making poo with play doh though 😄 🤣 💩

What have you been up to today?

Hello Mamas 🤍
I hope you're all having the most gorgeous summer.

As we start thinking about those cosy autumn mornings, I'm so excited to be welcoming you back to the beautiful Made to Be Mum for our Tuesday morning Luxury Baby Massage & Calm for Mama course.

From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel like you can breathe.

My sessions are intentionally kept small because I know how overwhelming it can feel walking into a room full of strangers. Whether you're tired, anxious, emotional or excited, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are.

If your baby needs feeding, changing, cuddling or cries throughout the session... that's completely normal.

If you want to chat, wonderful.
If you'd rather sit quietly, that's wonderful too.

You'll receive your own organic sunflower seed oil, digital handouts and demonstration videos, so there's never any pressure to remember everything after one session.

Every week also ends with Calm for Mama, where we'll take time for your wellbeing too. Together we'll explore guided meditation, breathwork, mini sound baths, gratitude journalling and other gentle wellbeing practices, all while your little one stays right beside you.

Because becoming a mum doesn't mean you stop needing care too. 🤍

✨ Early Bird spaces are now open, but they're very limited.

We'd absolutely love to welcome you and your little one this September.

Comment MAMA below and I'll send you all the details. 🤍

After delivering lots of baby massage and baby yoga courses, I've realised something...
For so many mums, it's not the massage or the yoga that feels scary.
It's walking through the door.
Most of the mums who come to my sessions are first-time mums arriving on their own, and I completely understand how overwhelming that can feel.

I was exactly the same.
I didn't take Sonny to a single mum and baby session until he was around eight or nine months old, and even then it was only because one of my best friends gently pushed me out of my comfort zone and came with me.

I worried about everything.
🤍 What if everyone already knows each other? 🤍 What if my baby cries the whole time? 🤍 What if we're late? 🤍 What if he's unsettled? 🤍 What if I'm exhausted and can't take anything in? 🤍 What if we miss a week?

When you've just become a mum, your whole world has changed. Your hormones are still adjusting, you're finding your feet, and your confidence can take a real knock. Walking into a room full of strangers can feel like a huge step.
That's exactly why I keep my sessions small and intimate.

There aren't 20 mums and 20 babies. There are just 8–10 spaces, so over the weeks you genuinely get to know one another. I've watched beautiful friendships grow because everyone arrives feeling exactly the same.

There's no judgement.
No pressure.
No cliques.
Just women supporting women.
And if your baby cries... that's okay.
If you need to feed... that's okay.
If you need to get up and walk around... that's okay.
If one week you're just not feeling yourself... that's okay too.

You'll also receive handouts and videos, so if you miss a week or your baby needs you during a session, you won't feel like you've fallen behind.
Most importantly, my support doesn't stop when the session ends.
I'm a mum too.
If you ever need to send me a message, ask a question or simply have a chat, my door is always open.

I'd love to know...
When you first thought about joining a mum and baby session, did it feel overwhelming, exciting... or a bit of both? 🤍

POV: A Tuesday just for you. 🤍

A place where nobody expects anything from you. No pressure to entertain. No pressure to have it all together.
Just 45 minutes to breathe. To settle your nervous system. To reconnect with yourself, while your little one stays close by.
Because when we care for mums, we care for whole families.

✨ Tuesdays | 10:30am
✨ Mama Sound Bath
✨ Pre-crawling babies welcome, or come on your own.

Have you ever experienced a sound bath before? I'd love to know what you thought of it... 💚

Yesterday I shared this stat and wanted to check in with you all. Thank you to all the Mamas who voted and shared their perspective. It’s very eye opening to see how many of us are actually feeling alone & how that needs to change by building our own communities & villages where all Mamas feel supported. I've reached out to everyone who voted but if you have any more ideas of activities sessions you'd be interested in please DM me.

You are always welcome at my sessions just as you are and if that feels too overwhelming right now. Pop into for a cuppa and just easy yourself into bring around others. I promise you, you will not regret it - you are always treated with gentleness, care and a big smile ♥️
