Still trying to take it all in.

Winning the Female Founder Award last night is something I will never forget. To be recognised alongside some of the biggest names in the beauty industry and then come away with the award is truly humbling.

Thank you to every single person who voted for me and supported my journey. This award is proof that resilience, hard work and believing in yourself really do pay off.

To every woman with a dream, this is your reminder to go after it. Back yourself, keep showing up and never let anyone tell you that you can’t. Female power is unstoppable.

As May comes to a close I am filled with gratitude ✨

This month we had two new therapists join my other clinic and it’s been INSANELY busy 🙌🏻

This November marks 15 years since I moved to Scotland and building a life that allows me to take time off for School Assembly (check out that drawing Ori did of me tho 🤭😝) , sports day and weekends out of clinic for family time makes me so incredibly grateful.

Running two clinics is not for the faint hearted but when you have an amazing supportive team and clients behind you it makes it so worthwhile .

I already know June is shaping up to be the best month yet ✨♥️🙏🏼
